Several months ago, on a rainy evening in Birmingham, I loaded up Discord and called my university friends. The answer was: very little. With our group split between Xbox and PlayStation owners, the obvious answers were out the window. Fortnite, Rocket League, even Minecraft – all were impossible due to the great console divide. We ended up playing hours upon hours of Civilization 5, which was the only thing everyone could run on their laptops. It’s a great game, to be sure – but there’s only so much Civ one can take.
Sid Meier was enthusiastic about this game, being quoted in both the press release and trailer as saying, “This is the game I’ve always wanted to make. As far as I gathered, there will not be any matchmaking, but there will be a server browser where you and your brother together can pick which game you want to join and then team up. One of the steam achievements unlocks when you win 10 online games, and another at 30 online games, which leads to to speculatively conclude that there is a mechanism for keeping score, and from that, I would imagine that creating a Leaderboard would be possible.

Because QB is just that: the quickest way to find a player and a match. Please fix this before Monday. The first reset was okay, with the small flaw that second and third and in some strange occasions fourth and fifth accounts were not reset.
No big deal. A revert to the first reset should be possible in a – idk, maybe 1 MB, maybe 10 MB, in any case small – patch download. I really hope for this temporarily solution.
